3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be used to: (a) Manage your account and verify your identity in accordance with applicable regulations; (b) Process your investments in real estate crowdlending projects; (c) Send information about the status of your investments and the projects in which you participate; (d) Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including the provisions of the Fintech Law and the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV); (e) Improve our services and user experience on the platform; (f) Send commercial communications about new investment opportunities, provided you have given your consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: (a) Your express consent given when registering on the platform; (b) The execution of an investment contract between you and Qoravent; (c) Compliance with legal obligations established in the LFPDPPP, the Fintech Law, and other applicable regulations; (d) Our legitimate interest in improving the services offered.
5. Data transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to: (a) Mexican regulatory authorities (CNBV, SAT, UIF) when required by law; (b) Financial institutions necessary for processing investments and returns; (c) Technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, always under confidentiality agreements. We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent.
6. ARCO rights
In accordance with the LFPDPPP, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you can send a request to privacidad@qoravent.com including your full name, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of your official identification. We will respond to your request within 20 business days.
