These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the web platform qoravent.com, owned by Qoravent, S.A.P.I. de C.V. By accessing and using this site, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Provider identification
Qoravent, S.A.P.I. de C.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 505, Floor 27, Col. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06500, Mexico City, Mexico. RFC: QOR210315A78. Company registered with the Public Registry of Commerce of Mexico City.
2. Purpose of the site
Qoravent operates as a real estate crowdlending platform, facilitating the connection between investors and real estate sector projects in Mexico. The site has an informational and intermediation character, in accordance with the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions.
3. Requirements for use
To use Qoravent's investment services, you must: (a) Be at least 18 years old; (b) Have legal capacity to enter into contracts; (c) Provide truthful and up-to-date information; (d) Comply with the identity verification (KYC) processes required by applicable regulations.
4. Nature of the investment
Investments made through Qoravent constitute collective debt financing (crowdlending) operations. The returns indicated are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of results. All investments carry risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital.
5. User responsibilities
The user is responsible for: (a) Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials; (b) Evaluating the risks associated with each investment before participating; (c) Declaring the lawful origin of funds used for investing; (d) Complying with their tax obligations derived from the returns obtained; (e) Notifying any unauthorized use of their account.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Qoravent or its licensors and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Qoravent acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the success of any project published on the platform. We shall not be liable for: (a) Losses derived from investments made; (b) Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control; (c) Actions or omissions of project developers; (d) Changes in market conditions that affect estimated returns.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
9. Modifications
Qoravent reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the site. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
